The Clerk of the Circuit Courts:
  • processes payments for probation, fines and fees, infractions.
  • processes marriage license applications, and passports. We ask people to try to come around or before 3pm for those.
  • is where you can file a small claims, protective order, or a divorce.
  • will be going online with Odyssey on Dec 12. That's the State's casemanagement system through JTAC that allows lawyers and the public to go online to check hearing dates, etc.
